De-pression: bottled up emotions

Controlling one's emotion is really a difficult task and sometimes impossible. If everyone doesn't believe in God or any higher being, they surely believe in love and everyone wants love. For people who like to express, it's just a train-wreck in their mind if they don't express. Expressing your own self in any way is healthy. Express through any art or anything which is positive. The basic aim for getting out of any hurt or depression is to express yourself that describes you best. Express in a way that you find a sudden peace in your heart,body and mind; on further level find a connection between all the three. Everything seems to hurt and you don't even want to get up to even brush your teeth. The sad notes have really sunken in your heart. Well if you don't feel like doing anything then repeat the scenarios in your mind again and again till it hurts and you weep; but please don't be in reach of anything harmful. If crying and weeping doesn't help then put rubber bands where u feel like hurting or write with pens on that body part, some even can release pain with rock music. The ultimate aim is too let those troubling emotions out of your own body. The seven deadly sins also include sloth (Christian reference). It is difficult to uplift your own self and you feel that the world did so wrong with me and i need some prince charming or mother's lap to ease and relax. Well if you have those then you are super-lucky, go there and relax. If you have love in any form you are lucky, just talk to them. And if not then don't worry there is someone who can always be available...ping me here before thinking of hurting yourself. To letting out your emotions is challenging; in our schools and colleges, we were never taught about heart and soul, which is an important part of our existence. We all know the brain and mind matter, how to do stuff but other than that we are clueless. Peer-pressure, suicide by any reason, addictions of any kind : all have link to our ability of not gathering confidence and peace within oneself, be it an extrovert or introvert. Well in the end of this not so clear post, I am just trying to say that let your emotions out in a healthy way and if you can't do that or are too afraid then ping me here and I will reach you asap. Have a good time in burning those extra unhealthy emotions and finding peace. :) Please smile (even if it's a fake one :D ) take care.
