Those 5 days of a month....remedies to ease the pain

Those five-seven days in every month makes many girls act crazy, devilish. It is really tough when you have bad cramps and the body-aches like you have been beaten-up. Some may puke, some may cry, some may swear, some loose their senses. We all have gone through this pain when we don't like being a female at all. The symptoms and days vary from person to person but we have some home-remedies except the medicines prescribed by people or physicians.

1. have hot-water bottle under your back or on your tummy (with clothes on).
2. can tie anything warm around the belly like a blanket or shawl.
3. have hot water with honey or methi-dana (Fenugreek).
4. have our own desi gur or chocolates to help with mood swings.
5. be busy like you can walk excess when a cramp starts, the flow goes in 2-3 minutes.
6. watch good movies or cartoons, try being relaxed.
7. wear socks, it helps as feet catches the cold air and cold is not good in periods.
8. lay in sun if you can, warmth is friend of reliving the pain.
9. don't skip meals, drink juice, minimum water.

Well, these are all the tried and tested ways to ease the pain but few varies person to person. If you have any more ways do share :) . And have happy period days :)
